Dear Friends and Supporters,

Greetings from your YWAM Trang family! We are so grateful for you—your prayers, encouragement, and support make this ministry possible. Whether through your giving, intercession, or simply standing with us in faith, you are a vital part of what God is doing in Southern Thailand and the Neediest Red.

In our last update, we shared about the exciting season of hosting Outreach Teams from around the world. This ministry has been a full-time commitment for many of our staff, and we have seen so much fruit from it. Just last month, we said goodbye to one team and are now preparing to welcome two more in April. These young people come to serve, grow, and step out in faith, sharing the love of Jesus with the Thai people. As they pour out countless hours into evangelism, discipleship, and practical service, we trust that seeds of faith are being sown throughout our city and province. Our prayer is that each student will walk away with a deeper, more radical obedience to the Lord. And none of this would be possible without you—your faithfulness as Senders allows us to continue our calling of Mobilization, Discipleship, and Going among the unreached in Southern Thailand.

Our prayer is that each student will walk away with a deeper, more radical obedience to the Lord.

As we prepare for our first-ever YWAM Trang Discipleship Training School (DTS), our School Leaders have been prayerfully laying the groundwork for all that God will do. The journey begins this summer with the Prep Course, leading into the full DTS in September. A DTS is more than just a training course—it is a life-changing season where students encounter God in a deeply personal way, walk through holistic discipleship, and are equipped to step into missions. The program consists of a two-month prep course, a three-month Lecture Phase, where students dive into biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and character development, followed by a two-month Outreach Phase, where they apply what they’ve learned by sharing the Gospel in Thailand and beyond. As a team, we are not only preparing our facilities but also our hearts, believing that this school will raise up laborers for the harvest. Please join us in praying for the students who will be joining us!

We also have exciting news from abroad—YWAM Trang recently sent a Staff Scouting Team to a couple of nations! (For security reasons, we will only mention Pakistan) In early February, a team of five traveled to these nations to establish connections and scout locations for future short-term and long-term mission teams. This trip led to valuable new relationships and potential locations to send future DTS outreach teams. We are excited to see how God continues to open doors for us to impact these nations in the future.

On the home front, we are thrilled to welcome our newest staff member, Jazlyn! She has just begun her two-year Language and Culture Phase, which is a crucial season for any long-term missionary. These first two years are foundational—language learning and cultural adaptation play a significant role in long-term effectiveness in the mission field. We are excited to walk alongside her in this journey and see how God uses her in Thailand.

As we continue in this season to prepare for DTS, welcome Outreach Teams, and build connections internationally, we are reminded of the incredible blessing it is to have a strong support team behind us. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial support enable us to keep pressing forward in our mission to make Jesus known in Southern Thailand and The Neediest Red. Thank you for partnering with us in bringing His glory to the nations!

With joy and gratitude,

YWAM Trang
